In the event a product received is materially different from its description, the sole remedy available to you is return of the unused product. 

SIZING & PRODUCT CARE

Sizing may vary depending on style, cut, or fabric. Customers are encouraged to review the size guide before purchasing. All garments must be handled in accordance with the care instructions provided. Rbrth (" rbrthindia.com ") shall not be held liable for damage arising out of improper care or handling. 

COLOR & VARIATIONS

Due to differences in monitors and devices, Rbrth (" rbrthindia.com ") does not guarantee exact colour representation. Each product is handcrafted, and variations in dyeing, weaving, or embroidery are inherent to artisanal processes and do not constitute defects. 

PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices displayed on " rbrthindia.com " are in Indian Rupees, unless otherwise stated. International orders shall be charged in accordance with the conversion rate applied by the customer’s bank or payment provider. Prices shown on the " rbrthindia.com " website both for India and in other international countries are subject to change without prior notice. 

Despite our best efforts, sometimes the products in our catalogue may be priced incorrectly-

• If an item correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

These prices only reflect the MRP and do not include shipping and taxes which may be extra as applicable. 

Payment is processed before shipment. If we are unable to ship products in your order, the value of such products will be refunded electronically. Shipping fees, if applicable, is non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at rbrthindia@gmail.com .

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We want you to love your purchase. However, if the product you receive is damaged or different from what you ordered, you may return or exchange items in line with our Return and Exchange Policy. Kindly note that the defected and/or damaged goods so received shall strictly be communicated to Rbrth (" rbrthindia.com ") within 24 hours of receipt. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return. Kindly note that no money for the returned product will be refunded, however a "credit note" will be issued, for the value of returned goods. 

To qualify, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact. Once received, our team will inspect the item before confirming approval of the return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within the timelines required by law or payment providers. Please note that shipping fees, duties, and taxes (domestic or international) are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above or in our policy.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from " rbrthindia.com " (Website)  are shipped under a shipment contract. Ownership and risk of loss for the items shall transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES

At  Rbrth (" rbrthindia.com ") (Website), we do our best to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. All products will be shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to factors outside our control such as courier delays, customs procedures, or unforeseen events. 

We offer free shipping for all orders in India. 
International order shipping charges depend on the greater actual weight or volumetric dimensions of the parcel.

All Rbrth (" rbrthindia.com ") orders are shipped internationally to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Because of the nature of international shipping, you may occasionally be required to pay additional import duties, customs fees, or local taxes once your order arrives in your country. In most cases, no additional fees will apply. However, as these charges are determined by your local authorities, we are unable to predict or calculate if and when they may be levied. Should such charges arise, the customer is solely responsible for paying them directly.

Please note that Rbrth (" rbrthindia.com ") and our courier partners cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of orders if these duties and taxes are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses of arbitration, except as otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

You agree that you may bring claims against Rbrth (" rbrthindia.com ") only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
