Rbrth (rbrthindia.com) is committed to delivery your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays. 

Domestic Shipments
We provide free delivery across India.
All our products are shipped via the express service available at BlueDart, DTDC, DHL, UBX or FedEx. We will provide you with a tracking number to track your shipment online. 

Please ensure someone is available at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted twice before the order is returned to us. There will be an additional fee for further delivery attempts. Kindly note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for order with incomplete address or incorrect contact details. 

International Shipments
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the greater actual weight / volumetric dimensions of the parcel.

A signature will be required upon delivery. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once signed for. 

If an alternate recipient, such as a gift card recipient has been specified, their signature at the delivery address will be considered valid proof of delivery. 

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed. To avoid any issues, we recommend reviewing your address carefully before confirming your order. Rbrth (rbrthindia.com) cannot be held responsible for order shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

PAYMENTS

Before processing and shipping your order, Rbrth (rbrthindia.com) may request supporting documents (including but not limited to government issued ID and address proof) to verify the ownership of the payment method used for your purchase. This is done to maintain a secure and reliable online shopping environment for all our customers. 

Rbrth (rbrthindia.com) may use third party payment gateways and services such as, PayPal, Razorpay or other similar platforms to process transactions. Payments made through such third party facilities are subject to their respective terms, conditions, and policies in addition to those of Rbrth (rbrthindia.com).

While using any of the payment methods offered on our website, Rbrth (rbrthindia.com) shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage arising from, including but not limited to:

• lack of authorisation for any transaction(s)
• exceeding the limit mutually agreed between you and your bank(s)
• payment related issues arising out of the transaction
  decline of transaction for any other reason(s).

International Payments
All payments made against the purchases / services on Rbrth (rbrthindia.com) by you shall as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable. 

 International orders shall be charged in accordance with the conversion rate applied by the customer’s bank or payment provider. Custom duties/ taxes/ charges may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Rbrth (rbrthindia.com) is not liable to pay any duties/taxes, incase the customer refuses to pay for any international order. 

Prices shown on the " rbrthindia.com" website are subject to change without prior notice. 

*Orders from USA will incur additional tariffs and customs as per new US regulations.

Despite our best efforts, sometimes the products in our catalogue may be priced incorrectly-

• If an item correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

These prices only reflect the MRP and do not include shipping and taxes which may be extra as applicable. Payment is processed before shipment. If we are unable to ship products in your order, the value of such products will be refunded electronically.
